摘要
职业素质是由多方面内容共同形成的某种岗位所需的要素,是职业活动中起决定性作用的基本品质。在高等职业教育中,学生在学校教学、学生管理以及实训等方面暴露出诸如忽视职业精神、心理素质欠缺、职业意识淡薄、职业道德水平不高、职业能力不足等问题,导致其不能很好地满足行业企业需求。因此从创新课程、创新测试方式、创新评价方式三个方面探寻创新路径,探索多学科交叉课程以拓展学生职业素质,实现人才培养目标服务区域经济发展,构建现代职业教育体系。
Professional quality is the elements needed for certain jobs formed jointly by various factors, which plays a decisive role in the occupational activities. In vocational education, many problems are exposed especially in the teaching, in the student management, and in the practical training, which can not well meet the demand of the enterprises and the industry, such as the negligence of the professionalism, poor psychological quality and weak professional consciousness, and lack of professional ethics and capabilities. Therefore, the article is searching for a creative path from three aspects: to innovate curriculum, testing and evaluation. The aim is to develop the students' professional quality by exploring multidisciplinary curriculums, to make the training objectives serve the regional economic development and to build a modern vocational education system.
