棉花新品种产量与主要数量性状的相关及通径分析 被引量:7

摘要 为了揭示主要数量性状对湖北省棉花(Gossypium hirsutum L.)产量的影响规律,采用相关、通径、主成分和回归分析方法,对2011-2013年湖北省棉花区域试验67个棉花品种的产量及主要数量性状进行了统计分析。结果表明,主要数量性状中的变异系数最大的是苗期病指(97.09%);偏相关分析结果表明产量与单株铃数(r=0.31)、衣分(r=0.32)、霜前花率(r=0.37)呈极显著正相关;主成分分析表明影响棉花产量的主要因子是果枝、病指和铃重因子;前5个主成分累积贡献率达到82.14%。建立了棉花产量与生育期、第一果枝节位、单株铃数、铃重、衣分的多元回归方程,达极显著水平,可用此回归方程来预测产量,回归系数代表该因子对产量的影响程度,表明铃重是影响产量的最主要因素。通径分析表明进入回归方程的5个数量性状的直接通径系数的绝对值大小排序为单株铃数(Py8=0.452 2)>铃重(Py9=0.368 6)>衣分(Py12=0.325 9)>第一果枝节位(Py4=0.173 3)>生育期(Py1=0.169 9),表明棉花育种和栽培必须保持结铃性和铃重同步提高,同时兼顾衣分和生育期。 In order to reveal the the effects of the main quantitative traits on yield of cotton in Hubei, 67 varieties(lines) in early indica rice regional trials in Hubei from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed by statistical methods such as correlation analysis,path analysis and principal component analysis. The results showed that :Seedling disease index(97.09%) had the largest coefficient of variation in all the main economic traits; partial correlation analysis showed that the yield and boll number per plant(r=0.31**),lint percent(r=0.32**) and pre-frost yield(r=0.37) showed a highly significant positive correlation; principal component analysis showed that the main factor of the cotton yield information was branch factors, disease index factor,boll weight factor, the contribution rate of 17.30%; the first three principal components cumulative contribution rate reached82.14%. Regression analysis showed that the 60.47% yield was decided by growth period, first section of branch,boll number per plant,boll weight,lint percent. Path analysis showed that four yield components of direct path coefficient :boll number per plant(Py8=0.452 2)boll weight(Py9=0.368 6)lint percent(Py12=0.325 9) first section of branch(Py4=0.173 3)growth period(Py1=0.169 9). Accordingly these results, the main direction of breeding and cultivation of cotton is presented.
