摘要
根据抗病基因在抗病材料和感病材料中的SNP位点设计引物,通过PCR扩增或CAPS标记,对16份水稻材料中的4个抗病基因Pi25、Pi56(t)、Pit和Pita进行了鉴定。结果表明,9份水稻材料中携带Pi25,6份材料中携带Pita,1份材料中携带Pit(杂合型),无材料携带Pi56(t)。
In this study, the primers were designed based on the SNP site of resistant genes between resistant and susceptible varieties to identify four resistant gene Pi25,Pi56(t),Pit,and Pita from 16 rice varieties by PCR and CAPS marker. The results indicated that Pi25 and Pita exited in 9 and 6 varieties, respectively. Pit exited in one variety as hybrid type,and no variety contained Pi56(t).
