摘要
针对某常规热连轧粗轧板坯的镰刀弯问题,通过对某2 250mm热连轧粗轧机板坯镰刀弯现象进行分析,采用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立了轧辊-轧件动态热力耦合有限元模型,考虑粗轧轧制过程中的非对称影响因素,系统研究了来料楔形、来料两侧温度不均以及轧机两侧纵向刚度不同因素影响下的板坯镰刀弯的产生机理,从而得到了出口板坯镰刀弯生成规律,建立了出口板坯镰刀弯弯曲量计算公式。将该式计算结果与有限元计算结果对比可知,偏差绝对值基本在15%以内,表明该式能够比较准确地计算镰刀弯弯曲量。同时,定量表达了入、出口板坯楔形和镰刀弯弯曲量之间的关系。即已知入口板坯楔形和出口镰刀弯弯曲量,利用该式,则可计算出口板坯楔形,从而计算出辊缝倾斜调整值。
For the problem of slab camber in rough rolling of a conventional hot rolling, the slab camber phenomenon in rough mill of a 2250 mm hot strip mill was analyzed. The roll-piece explicit thermal-mechanical coupled finite element model was established by using software ABAQUS considering asymmetric factor of rolling process. The mechanism of slab camber was systematically studied considering incoming wedge, temperature difference on both sides and the longitudinal stiffness of mill on both sides. Then, the generation law of exit slab camber was obtained and the calculation formula of camber of the exit slab was established. Compared with the finite element results, the absolute value of the deviation was less than 15%, which verified the accuracy of the calculation formula. At the same time, the relationship among the entry slab wedge, exit slab wedge and exit slab camber was quantitatively expressed. If the entry slab wedge and curving value of exit slab camber are known, the exit slab wedge can be calculated by the formula. Consequently, the tilting values of roll gap are calculated.
