摘要
以酸化高岭土为原料,采用水热法在碱性介质中制得MCM-41分子筛.以此分子筛为载体制备了负载型Pd催化剂并对载体和催化剂进行了氮气吸附脱附、X射线粉末衍射和透射电镜等表征.研究其在光催化苯羟基化反应中的催化性能,考察了Pd的负载量、氧化剂的用量、不同光源及光照时间等反应条件对催化剂催化性能的影响,以及催化剂的回收重复利用率.结果表明以H_2O_2为氧化剂时,在汞灯照射下,Pd/MCM-41催化剂对苯羟基化反应表现出了良好的催化性能.
Supported palladium catalysts with excellent photocatalytic activitis of benzene hydroxylation were pre- pared using MCM-41 as a support. MCM-41 zeolite was developed from kaolin clay under alkaline condition by hy- drothermal synthesis method and characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption (BJH), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Pd/MCM-41 catalysts were prepared by impregnation-reduction method and also characterized by BET, XRD, TEM, SEM, XPS and UV-Vis DRS. Their photocatalytic performances for direct hydroxylation of benzene to phenol with H20z were studied. The effects of Pd loading, amount of oxidant, light source and irradiation time on the catalytic performance were investigated. Optimum reaction conditions are obtained as follows: 300 W mercury lamp is used as light source, Pd loading is 2%, H202 dosage is 1.5 mL, reac- tion time is 6 h. The 63 % of benzene conversion and 98 % of phenol selectivity were obtained under above condi- tions. The 61% of benzene conversion and 85% of phenol selectivity were obtained on 2% Pd/MCM-41 catalyst reused four times. It was found that Pd/MCM-41 presented an excellent photocatalytic activity under this condi- tions.
