南沙参多糖对小鼠和果蝇性活力的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :探讨南沙参多糖对老龄小鼠及果蝇性活力作用及其与清除氧自由基的关系。方法 :观察用药前后老龄小鼠阴栓数和交配次数及血清皮质醇、睾酮含量 ;药物对黑腹果蝇的交配频率的作用 ,并观察药物对老龄小鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和体外直接清除自由基的影响。结果 :南沙参多糖可显著抑制老龄小鼠血清中丙二醛的生成 ,提高红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶及全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性 ;增加血清睾酮含量 ,降低血清皮质醇含量 ;2 .0 g· 1 0 0 g- 1南沙参多糖明显增加黑腹果蝇的交配频率。结论 :南沙参多糖有明显增强小鼠及果蝇性活力的作用 ,其作用与该药清除氧自由基有关。 Objective: The effects of radix adenophorae potaninii korsh polysaccharides (RAP) on sexual potency in mice and fruit flies were investigated. Methods: The aging mice were treated with RAP 0.5,1.0,2.0 g·kg -1 for 20 days. Then sexual potency and levels of cortisol (COR), testosterone (TES), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH px) were determined before and after the treatment. The sexual potency was observed in the aging mice and fruit flies. Results: Mating frequency significantly increased after treatment in aging mice treated with RAP at the dosage of 1.0 g·kg -1 and in fruit flies treated with RAP at the dosage of 2.0 g·100 g -1 .After treatment, the levels of COR and MDA decreased whereas TES, SOD and GSH px increased significantly in mice treated with RAP at the dosage of 1.0 g·kg -1 for 20 days. Additionally, RAP showed a direct effect of oxygen free radical' s elimination. Conclusion: Sexual potency of aging mice and fruit flies can be improved by RAP. The mechanism may be related to its antioxidation.
