摘要
挥发性有机物(VOCs)是指具有对人体致癌、致突变作用,同时又具有易燃易爆特性的物质,这类物质危害性大。针对石化行业中VOCs排放量占比较大的油气储运系统进行研究,分析国内治理VOCs的发展趋势,对油气储运系统VOCs排放源的治理标准与回收技术进行阐述。为国内各地区储运系统治理VOCs方案提供参考依据,为石化企业增加显著的社会声誉、环境效益及经济效益提供思路。
Volatile organic compounds（VOCs） are a kind of flammable and explosive organic compounds with carcinogenic and mutagenic effect, so they are very harmful to human health. In this paper, taking oil and gas storage and transportation system in the petrochemical industry as a research object, the development trend of VOCs emission control was analyzed, and the emission control standard and recovery technology of VOCs in oil and gas storage and transportation system were briefly introduced.
