摘要
氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林双联抗血小板治疗是急性冠脉综合征的重要治疗手段,随着阿司匹林及氯吡格雷抵抗现象的出现,氯吡格雷抵抗的机制及相关实验室检查方法层出不穷,本文对2例氯吡格雷抵抗患者相关实验室检查进行分析,探讨氯吡格雷抵抗的正确定义及检查方法。
Clopidogrel combined with aspirin dual antiplatelet therapy is an important treatment for acute coronary syndrome.With the occurrence of aspirin and clopidogrel resistance,the mechanisms and many related laboratory examination methods of clopidogrel resistance have emerged.In this paper,clopidogrel-resistance-related laboratory tests of 2 patients were analyzed,in order to find the correct definition of clopidogrel resistance and accurate examination method.
