用于蜂蜜浓度检测的光电系统设计与应用

摘要 混合液体中组分含量的检测不仅是理论上的难题,在实际应用中也是一个亟待解决的问题,有关研究已经成为近年的研究热点。复杂混合溶液组分的检测涉及到药物、食品、环境、农业等领域,它不仅与相应产品的品质与生产效率息息相关,还关系着食品安全等的重大问题。因此,快速实现对混合溶液中特定成分的检测在实际生产中具有重要意义。本文根据吸光度测量原理设计了一种液体浓度光电检测系统,并以蜂蜜为对象,进行了应用研究。通过检测特定峰值出射光透过蜂蜜溶液的光强,测量样品中纯蜂蜜的浓度,进而实现对蜂蜜产品品质检测的目的。系统由紫外LED光源、传输光纤、光敏二极管模块、电压表等组成。对设计系统,进行了蜂蜜的浓度测量和品质评估,结果表明,在波长为270nm光源照射下。系统测量低蜂蜜浓度时具有良好的线性,决定系数为0.99804,在相同条件下多次测量,验证预测准确率均接近100%,可实现对蜂蜜浓度的快速检测。该方法具有低功耗、低耗费、高可靠性、无污染等优点。 Components detection in mixture liquid is not only a theoretical problem but also is a remaining prob-lem in real applications, which has become a hot research topic recently. Components detection in complex mix-ture liquid relates to drugs, food, environment and agriculture fields. It is not only closely related to relevantproduct quality and production efficiency but also plays an important role in major issues such as food safety.Therefore, fast implementation of components detection in mixture liquid is very significant in actual production.In this paper, the photovoltaic system for concentration detection is proposed according to the principle of absor-bance measurement and the application research is made based on honey. Measuring honey concentration ismade in samples by measuring light intensity which is peak output light through honey solution and the purposeof quality detection of honey product is achieved. The system consists mainly of UV LED, optical fiber, photo-sensitive diode module and voltmeter. Honey concentration and quality detection is made for system and the re-suits show that the system has a good linearity and decision coefficient is 0.99804 under a wavelength of 270nm, and that undeT the same conditions for multiple times, accuracy is close to 100%. The system has the ad-vantages of low power consumption, low cost, high reliability and high accuracy.
