摘要
采用2种方法复壮马尾松毛虫球孢白僵菌菌株BD-10-4,虫尸复壮法获得产孢量最高的菌株为BD-7-2,产孢量为(66.67±0.60)×108个/m L,是BD-10-4产孢量的近2倍;活虫复壮法获得产孢量最高的菌株是BD-8-5,产孢量为(54±2.11)×108个/m L,是BD-10-4的1.5倍。室内毒力测定结果表明,菌株BD-7-2的毒力最高,LT50值为3.94 d,其次是BD-8-5,LT50值为5.08 d,毒力最低的是菌株BD-10-4,LT50值为5.13 d。
The strain BD- 10 -4 of Beauveria bassiana on Dendrolimus punctatus were rejuvenated via two methods. The highest sporulation strain rejuvenated from dead larvae was BD -7 -2 with sporulation of (66. 67±0. 60)×10^8 conidia/mL, which was nearly twice of the BD - 10 -4; the highest sporula- tion strain rejuvenated from live larvae was BD-8 -5 with sporulation of (54±2.11 )×10^8 conidia/ mL, which was 1.5 times of the BD - 10 - 4. The indoor virulence determination results showed that the strain BD - 7 - 2 had highest virulence with LT50 of 3.94 d, the next was BD - 8 - 5 with LT50 of 5.08 d, the BD -10 -4 had the lowest virulence with LTs0 of 5. 13 d.
