摘要
传统的电力应急指挥现已经不能满足通信中日益增多的紧急突发性事件的处置需要,各应急单位无法在统一的指挥调度下快速有效进行合成处置,提出一种无线电力局域网络应急指挥现场通信系统设计,通过对应急指挥网络协议分析,合理建立应急指挥机构,通过无线电力局域网络接口合理进行职责分工,通过明确指挥体系进行系统设计,设计出了集通信、指挥和调度于一体的应急指挥现场通信系统。通过仿真测试结果分析,设计的无线电力局域网络应急指挥现场通信系统设计能够实现应急指挥现场通信的目的,通过多点测试,多用户访问,各模块能够快速反应和处理,符合系统的设计要求,达到了设计目的。
At present,the traditional electric power emergency command system is unable to meet the needs for increasing emergency disposals,and emergency units can not carry out the synthetic disposal fast and effectively under a unified command and dispatching operation. To this end,this paper puts forward the design of wireless power LAN emergency field command communication system. A reasonable emergency command mechanism is established by analyzing the emergency command network protocol;and a reasonable division of res-ponsibilities is realized by the wireless power LAN interface;the system is designed through clarifying the command system,and the design of an emergency command field communication system integrated with communication,command and dispatching is thus completed. The simulation results show that the designed system proposed in this paper can achieve the purpose of on-site emergency command communication,and through multiple tests and multiple user access,each module has proved capable of rapid response and handling,meeting the design requirements of the system and realizing the design objective.
