滤清器支架压铸充型凝固过程数值模拟及工艺研究

摘要 根据铝合金滤清器支架的结构特点,设计了铝合金滤清器支架压铸模具和压铸工艺。用ProCAST模拟软件对滤清器支架进行压铸充型凝固过程数值模拟,模拟出合理的压铸工艺参数:浇注温度630℃,压射速度1.0m/s,模具预热温度200℃。用制造出的压铸模具进行压铸生产,得到了合格的压铸件,模拟结果可以应用于实际生产中。 According to the structural characteristics of the aluminum filter bracket,the mold and process of the Die-casting was designed. The filling and solidification process were simulated by ProCAST software. The reasonable die casting technology parameters were determined:the pouring temperature of 630 ℃,injection speed of 1. 0 m / s and mold preheating temperature of 200 ℃. The manufactured mole was used to produce the Die-casting,and get the qualified casting. The simulation result can be applied to actual production.
