摘要
目的探讨实时荧光PCR在食源性致病菌食物中毒快速应急检测中的应用价值。方法对一起食物中毒进行流行病学调查,采集患者、相关食品、厨房工作人员和厨具拭子等标本,对前增菌液进行食源性致病菌实时荧光PCR快速筛查,同步进行分离培养。结果该事件39名聚餐人员中共有22人发病,罹病率达59.5%,对采集的36份标本进行实时荧光PCR和分离培养,其中8份患者标本和3份食品标本副溶血性弧菌实时荧光PCR阳性,并相应分离出11株血清型为O3∶K6的副溶血性弧菌。结论本次食物中毒是由冰鲜海鱼中的副溶血性弧菌污染熟食品而引起的,实时荧光PCR快速、特异、灵敏,可为食物中毒快速处置提供依据。
Objective To discuss the value of real - time fluorescence PCR applied in the rapid detection of food poisoning caused by food - borne pathogenic. Methods According Field Epidemiology study for one case of food poisoning, samples were collected from patient, food, related waiter and cooking - tool, and tested by real - time PCR and conventional culture method, simultaneously. Results The attack rate was 59.5% for 22 people got sick in 39 people who had lunch to- gether. Vbrio parahaemolyticus was detected in eight patient and three food - samples out of thirty - six samples by real - time fluorescence PCR and conventional culture method. The serotype of 11 strains of vibrio parahaemolyticus was O3: K6. Con- clusion This case of food poisoning was caused by vibrio parahaemolyticus which contaminated from raw fish to cooked - food. The real - time fluorescence PCR was rapid, specific and sensitive, providing a basis for disposal of food poisoning.
