摘要
发展医院联合体,合理整合医疗卫生资源,以应对医疗服务中存在的供需矛盾,是国际医疗体系发展和改革的趋势,也是我国深化医改的重要新措施。笔者通过总结分析当前我国医联体尝试和实践探索过程中遇到的主要问题,并借鉴英国成熟的"整合医疗网络"模式,对我国的医联体建设与发展提出相应的建议,以更好地达成医改目标。
In order to deal with the supply and demand of medical services, the development of health alliance and the integration of health resources legitimately are the trends of the development and reform in international health care sys- tem. And these are also the important initiatives to deepen health reform in China. This paper supply some recommendations to achieve the aim of health care reform successful by analyzing the main problems exist in the process of health alliance at- tempt and practice and learning British mature ＂integrated health care network＂ mode.
