中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司的KDON-45000/53500型空气分离设备,因循环水加药导致泡沫过多使预冷系统水冷塔除沫器堵塞,发生分子筛吸附器进水故障,空分设备被迫低负荷运行,后停车更换分子筛,介绍事故经过和处理措施。
