从宏观政策到微观教学:国外跨境教育研究转向述评 被引量:9

From Macro-policies to Micro-teaching:A Review of Literature on Transnational Education

摘要 近十年来,随着跨境教育规模的扩大,国外相关的研究数量激增,新的研究取向也已经浮出水面。在继续关注宏观层面的政策分析和中观层面的机构/项目运行的同时,相关的研究逐步从跨境教育的外围走向内部,近距离观察教学过程和师生感受。这些微观的研究为决策者、研究者和实践者打开了一片新的天地。它们告诉人们,高等教育服务很难在不同的国家间简单复制,在从一国向另一国转移的过程中,授课模式、所处环境和学生群体等的转变,必然会对教育项目的最终质量产生巨大影响。这些研究提醒人们,跨境教育内部的各种细节可以从研究者和决策者意想不到的角度影响跨境教育的质量和可持续发展。 Since the last decade, along with the expansion of transnational education, the number of studies concerned has been increasing. Moreover, a new research approach has emerged. In addition to paying continuous attention to policy analysis at the macro level and institutional and program mechanism at the middle level, studies on transnational edu- cation have gradually given increasing emphasis on the process of teaching and the experi- ences of teachers and students. The micro level studies have opened up a new field for poli- cymakers, researches and practitioners. The studies suggest that it is hard to copy higher ed- ucational services between countries. When "transferring" from one country to another country, the quality of transnational programmes is greatly affected by changes in teaching modes, contexts and student bodies. The studies remind us that a variety of details may affect the quality and sustainability of transnational education in ways unexpected by researchers and policymakers.
