摘要
研究型大学的教师做好科研是应当和必须的,也是大学成为研究型大学的必要条件。地方本科院校的教师如何处理好教学与科研的关系,需要进一步的思考和回答。尽管地方本科院校的部分教师对科研与教学的关系仍有许多疑问,但作为大学教师从事一定程度的科研被更多的人认同。大学发展的历程表明,大学教师不仅是知识的传授者,也要成为知识的发现者。以科研为支撑的教学有助于知识的发现与传授。因此,地方本科院校教师应根据自身任务的不同处理好教学与科研的关系。
It is necessary for teachers to do research in research universities, which is also one of the necessary conditions for universities to be type of research. How to deal with the relationship between teaching and research needs further thinking and answering. Although some teachers have questions about the relationship between research and teaching, more and more have accepted to undertake certain research. The course of university development shows that teachers are not only the initiators but discoverers of knowledge. Teaching supported by research is helpful to the discovery and teaching of knowledge. Therefore, local university teachers should handle the relationship between teaching and research according to different tasks of their own.
