摘要
为了研究改变对旋风机单双级安装角对其性能的影响,利用Fluent对不同工况的通风机进行了数值仿真,并结合试验验证了仿真的正确性,分析了不同工况下全压、效率和轴功率随叶片安装角变化的情况。结果表明:在流量相同的情况下,随着安装角的增大,压力升高,风机的运行效率越高;改变前级或后级安装角相同的角度,风机性能变化相似,但运行效率受后级叶片安装角影响大;调整叶片安装角会改变负载,变化后级安装角,前级流动基本不受影响,改变前级安装角,后级轴功率也会随之变化。
In order to study the influence of blade angle to contra-rotating auxiliary fan,FLUENT numerical simulation is carried out at different working conditions. And simulation models are verified by experiment. Finally,efficiency and shaft power in different conditions are analyzed. Results show that, under the same the pressure and operating efficiency increases with the increase of blade angle. Changing the front or post stage blade a same angle,the performance change is a little,while operating efficiency is more related to post-stage blade angle. Adjusting the blade angle will change the load of impeller,changing post-stage blade angle change has little influence on the pre-stage flow,while changing the frontstage blade angle,the power of both stages will change.
