摘要
慢性肾脏病(CKD)是肾内科较常见的疾病之一,具有较高的发病率和死亡率。近年来,大量研究表明CKD与甲状腺功能减退之间存在着密切的关系。因此确定最佳的治疗方案,可最大程度改善患者的甲状腺功能,延缓肾衰竭进展。
Chronic kidney disease （CKD） is one of common diseases in clinical nephrology with high morbidity and mortality. In recent years, a number of studies have shown that there is a close relationship between CKD and hypothyroidism. The best treatment strategy should be carried in order to improve the thyroid function, which can delay progression of renal failure.
