摘要
对于目前广泛使用的电磁式电缆生产线悬链式中点控制器存在的不足给予分析,并提出新的控制方案即红外线成像悬链式中点控制器。给出了硬件和软件的具体设计,在软件设计中提出了一种双边滤波前期处理与Canny算法的相结合的方法实现图像的有效前期处理和边缘信息采集,为进一步实现电缆位置控制成为可能。最后给出了硬件和软件设计结果,从中可以看到双边滤波实现了噪声的滤除的同时使图像边缘更加清晰,Canny算法对边缘信息的提取效果较好。设计是有效的,具有很强的抗干扰能力,工作稳定,对我国的电缆生产起到推动作用。
First, shortcomings of electromagnetic catenary midpoint controller are analyzed in this paper.Secondly, this paper presents a new control scheme which is a non-contact catenary midpoint controllerbased on the infrared ray imaging technique. This paper describes the design of hardware and software. Anedge information collection method is given, which is combination of the early stage of the bilateral filterprocessing and the Canny algorithm. Finally, the design result is given. This method makes the image edgeclearer as filtering out the noise, and realizes better extraction of the edge information. Practice test showsthat this equipment has a strong anti-interference ability, and the work is stable. This technique will surelypromote our country's cable production.
