摘要
受周边注采井的影响,加密调整井钻完井作业期间易发生漏失、溢流等复杂情况与事故。为了准确预测注采条件下加密调整井的地层压力,采用物理模拟实验与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了地层压力的分布规律及主要影响因素,提出了估算加密调整井最大地层压力的预测方法,制定了加密调整井钻完井作业期间周边注水井关调制度。渤海绥中36-1油田4口加密调整井应用表明,本文所提出的注采条件下压力预测方法和加密调整井周边注水井关调制度可以有效保证钻完井作业安全和储层保护效果,具有较好的应用推广价值。
Influenced by surrounding injection and production wells, infill adjustment wells are more likely to en- counter downhole complexes and accidents, such as lost circulation, fluid kick, etc. To precisely predict the pore pressure in infill adjustment wells, the distribution pattern and influencing factors of formation pressure are investi- gated by using physical and numerical simulation in combination. A new method to predict max pore pressure was proposed, and further on a injection-suspending policy during infill drilling and completion was established. The practices in 4 wells in SZ36-1 oilfield in Bohai sea demonstrated that the new method and policy can guarantee the safety of operations and reservoir protection, enjoying a good application potential.
