Automatic Identification Technology of Parking Based on Visual Inspection

摘要 针对车辆的人均持有量增加,并出现的"停车难"问题,结合先进的机器视觉和图像处理等知识,提出一种基于视觉检测停车位识别技术。主要通过对图像的预处理、图像分割、图像特征提取等算法的研究来对停车场视频和图像处理,进而把目标从停车场背景中提取出来,最后构建基于VC++6.0的停车场车位自动识别系统。研究成果对于利用图像处理来检测停车场的停车位状态具有一定的意义。结果表明,自动识别技术行之有效。 For vehicles per each citizen holdings increases and the "parking" problem is appearing, combined with advanced knowledge such as machine vision and image processing, based on visual inspection parking space recognition is proposed in this paper. The parking video and image processing are performed mainly through the image pretreatment, image segmentation, and image feature extraction algorithm, which means that the target is extracted from background from the parking lot, and target recognition is studied on the parking; At last, parking automatic identification system in parking lot is built by VC + + 6. 0. Simulation results show that image processing application is meaningful to detect parking state, which has effective automatic identification performance.
