摘要
为了获得连续采煤机截割臂的工作特性,首先通过试验采集得到了连续采煤机截割臂在井下工作过程中的振动信号,然后采用普适的时域参数描述了连续采煤机截割臂在实际工况下的振动特征,通过计算裕度因数等参数并进行对比分析,得出在选取的时域参数中,峭度指标对工况的变化较为敏感且稳定性较好,可以作为反映工况依据的结论,为连续采煤机截割臂振动信号提取和载荷识别提供了理论依据。
To obtain the operating characteristics of cutting arm of continuous miner, its vibration signals in underground opera- tion were collected by experiments, and then its vibration characteristics under actual operating conditions were described by time domain parameters. By calculating the margin factor and other parameters and then comparing these results, it obtained that among the time domain parameters, the kurtosis was very sensitive to the changes of working conditions and presented good stability. It could be regarded as the basis for reflecting working conditions. The study provided a theoretical foundation for the vibration signal extraction and load identification of cutting arm of continuous miner.
