摘要 教师教育人才培养的卓越取向,已成为国际教师教育发展趋势和我国创新人才培养、基础教育改革的必然要求。基于卓越教师的内涵探究,经过不断探索,皖西学院实践着"多方协同、优化课程、全程实践、竞赛引领"的"四维"卓越地理教师培养模式。该模式不失为行之有效的卓越教师职前培养新路径,可为其他院校卓越教师培养改革实践提供有益参考和借鉴。 The cultivation of outstanding teachers has been the development trend of international teacher education, and it is also a necessary requirement for the training of innovative talents and the reformation in basic education in our country. Based on the connotation exploration of outstanding teachers, after constant teaching reform, we developed a four-dimensional model for outstanding geography teachers training, which include multilateral coordination between higher schools, local governments and middle schools, optimizing curriculum system, practice teaching throughout the whole process and competition guiding. This model would be new effective path in outstanding teachers pre-occupational cultivation and could provide helpful references for other institutions in outstanding teachers training.
