摘要
首先建立三相四桥臂逆变器的数学模型,采用了逆变器中应用最为广泛的一种控制方法SPWM控制。同时,在相同的控制信号下,作了与之相对应的三相四桥臂逆变器带平衡负载与不平衡负载的仿真模型。根据仿真中出现的问题,提出了两种新型的控制方法,即三次谐波注入的SPWM控制和根据输出电压反馈来作为第四桥臂的控制信号,最后对其用MATLAB仿真并且得出了较为满意的结果。根据理论分析,三相四桥臂逆变器的各桥臂的调制信号中注入三次谐波不会影响输出电流,并且提高了电源电压的利用率,并且能够带不对称或不平衡负载,甚至是它们的组合。
In this paper, the mathematical model of three-phase four leg inverter is ifrstly established, and the most widely used control method is adopted in the inverter SPWM control. At the same time, the simulation model of the three-phase four leg inverter with balanced load and unbalanced load is made under the same control signal. Two kinds of new control method is brought forward according to the problems appeared in the simulation, the third harmonic injection SPWM control and according to the feedback of the output voltage as the control signal of the fourth bridge arm. Finally, the with MATLAB simulation and obtained satisfactory results. According to the theoretical analysis, three-phase inverter with four bridge arm of each bridge arm of modulated signals into third harmonic will not affect the output current, and improve the utilization rate of power supply voltage, and can take the asymmetry or unbalanced load, and even their combinations.
