摘要
为盲人读者服务是国内生态图书馆建设的重要内容之一。俄罗斯盲人图书馆历史悠久、经验丰富,成效显著,为国内生态图书馆在观念、体系、资源、宣传、服务、合作、法规等方面,加强盲人读者服务提供有益借鉴。
Serving for the blind readers is one of the important contents of the ecological library construction in China. The Russian libraries for the blind readers have a long history, rich experiences and marked effects, and provide beneficial references for the blind reader services of domestic ecologi- cal libraries from aspects of concept, system, resource, propaganda, service, cooperation, regulations and so on.
