摘要
该文对2011—2015年《贵州气象》632篇文章的467位作者的地区分布、年龄、职称、研究方向等进行了统计分析,结果显示,作者主要来自于贵州省和邻近的云南、湖南、广西等省区的地州市气象局,他们大部分出生在20世纪70—80年代,职称以工程师、助工居多,占79.2%。在研究方向上,从事天气、气候、测报、应用气象、防灾减灾等工作的作者较多,从事农业气象和人工影响天气工作的作者较少。提出了应该从稳定现有作者队伍、扩充优化作者队伍、建立激励机制等几方面入手来做好作者队伍的建设工作。
This paper conducts a statistical analysis about 467 authors of 632 articles of Guizhou Meteorology from 2011 to 2015, in the following aspects: their regional distribution, age, job title, research fields, etc. Analy- sis shows that most of the authors are from Guizhou Province, and Yunnan, Hunan, Guangxi the neighboring prov- inces and regions; the majority of them were born in the 1970 s and 1980 s, and 79.2% of them are engineers and assistant engineers. With regard to the authors" research fields, those who work in the weather, climate, forecas- ting, application of meteorology, disaster prevention and mitigation fields outnumber the ones who work in the agrometeorology and weather modification. It is suggests that the journal should embark the team building of the au- thor group on stabilizing the existing author team, expanding the team with outstanding authors and establishing in- centive mechanism.
