摘要
为解决设计工频整流电路时,需要较高的直流输出电压且整体电路的设备小型化及大功率输出的问题,提出利用一种新型的三相非隔离倍压整流电路,省去了输入变压器,仅通过二极管及电容组成的倍压电路实现倍压整流.给出该新型电路的拓扑结构,并分析该电路的4种工作模式和电路参数对电路性能的影响.通过在PSIM仿真平台搭建仿真模型,并在此基础上进行电路实现,验证了该电路拓扑的正确性、可行性和实用性.
In order to achieve the higher DC output voltage and high power output of the whole circuit, the power frequency rectifier circuit is required, a new type of three-phase non-isolated voltage doubling rectifier circuit without the input transformer was proposed, only by diode and capacitor. The topology structure of the new circuit is given, the four different kinds of working modes of the circuit are analyzed in detail, and the influence of circuit parameters on the performance of the circuit is discussed. By building the simulation model in PSIM simula- tion platform, then the circuit is realized on the basis of this. The correctness, feasibility and practicability of the circuit topology are verified by the actual simulation and experimental results.
