摘要
论文是科学研究的重要产出之一,科研论文的发表数量和质量也是年度医院排名的评估指标。科研论文的发表情况可以从一定程度体现出医院目前的科研发展情况,该文通过分析云南省某三甲专科医院近5年的科研论文发表情况,以期找出医院在科研论文产出方面的一些不足,为医院以后的科研论文发展和科研管理的提升提供一定的参考依据。
Paper is an important output of scientific research, the published number and quality of scientific research papers is also an evaluation index of annual hospital rank, and the published situation of scientific research papers can reflect the scientific research development of hospital to a certain degree, the paper analyzes the publishing situation of scientific research papers in some AAA specialized hospital in Yunnan Province in recent five years in order to find out some disadvantages of the hospital in the output of scientific research papers and provide a certain reference for improving the future scientific research paper development and scientific research management in the hospital.
