摘要
使用有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂HM98-35,采用浸渍法对羊绒色织针织物进行抗菌整理,对处理前后羊绒织物的抗菌性能、色度以及纱线的力学性能进行测试。试验结果为:抗菌整理的最优工艺是浴比1∶30、pH 7.0、处理温度60℃、处理时间30 min,抗菌整理液质量浓度1 g/L,此时,羊绒织物的抗菌率达97.5%。采用前处理有利于提高抗菌效果;抗菌整理对羊绒织物的单纱强力略有损伤,对其色度几乎没有影响。
Antibacterial treatment of cashmere knitgoods is carried out by immersion method with organicsilicone quaternary ammonium salt antimicrobial agent HM98-35. The antibacterial properties and the color scale of the fabrics as well as the strength of the yarns are tested before and after treatment. The results show that the optimum process is treating at 60℃ for 30min with HM98-35 of 1g/L, bath ratio of 1 : 30 and pH value of 7.0. The antibacterial rate of cashmere fabric after antimicrobial finish reaches 97.5%. Pretreatment of the cashmere can improve the antibacterial effect, and the cashmere after antimicrobial finish features a slightly reduce in the mechanical properties but no influence on the color scale.
