摘要
缠绕型CFRP管由于其编织角度的灵活性可以根据需要设计出力学性能不同的管构件,而缠绕型CFRP管的受力安全性能是其分析和应用的基本问题之一。首先对3种不同缠绕角度和长细比CFRP管进行压缩试验,着重观察了树脂基碳纤维增强复合材料的刚度、极限强度以及细观破坏模式。其次基于Chamis C.C.刚度修正模型、开发了可以模拟各向异性材料拉压双模量的本构子程序(Usermat),从而将Chamis C.C.刚度修正模型导入ANSYS主程序中。并采用复合材料Hashin破坏准则验证了其本构模型。在此基础上,对加载过程进行了数值模拟,与试验结果进行比较,证明本构模型具有很好的适应性。最后基于试验结果与数值分析结果,得到了缠绕型CFRP细长管屈曲荷载计算公式。
Because the flexibility of a winding angle Filament-wound CFRP tube can be made to design tube components of different mechanical properties, the mechanical and safety performance of a filament-wound CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) tube is a basic problem for its analysis and application. Firstly, three different winding angles and slenderness CFRP tubes were tested, the resin base carbon fiber reinforced composite material stiffness, and ultimate strength as well as the mesoscopic damage model were observed. Secondly, based on Chamis C.C. stiffness correction model, tension and compression modulus of constitutive subroutine(Usermat) were developed. Thusly, Chamis C.C. stiffness correction model was imported into the main program of ANSYS. And the Hashin failure of a composite material criterion was used to verify its constitutive model. On this basis, the loading process was simulated. Compared with the experimental results, the constitutive model has good adaptability. Finally, based on the tested and numerical analysis results, a formula to calculate the buckling load of filament-wound CFRP tubes under axially compressive load is obtained.
