摘要
通过真空感应炉对Al-Sr中间合金进行了铜模喷铸处理,得到了细晶Al-Sr变质剂。然后分别采用粗晶与细晶Al-Sr对AZ91D进行了变质处理。SEM、OM、XRD、拉伸试验及硬度测试结果表明:经铜模喷铸处理的Al-Sr中间合金中的第二相Al4Sr的平均尺寸从100μm减小至5μm;经Al-Sr中间合金变质的AZ91D,晶粒明显细化,力学性能明显提高,但细晶Al-Sr的变质效果更好。因此,铜模喷铸是提高Al-Sr变质效果的有效途径。
Copper mold inject casting was applied to treat Al-Sr intermediate alloy in vacuum induction furnace to produce fine-grained Al-Sr modificator. AZ91D was modified by coarse and fined grain Al-Sr respectively. The results of SEM, OM, XRD, test of tensile and hardness indicate that average size of second phase A14Sr decreases from 100 μm to 5 μm after copper mold inject casting, and grain sizes of AZ91D metamorphosed by two kinds of Al-Sr are obviously thinner than those of molten AZ91D as well as Vickers hardness. Meanwhile, the effect of fine grain Al-Sr is better than that of coarse grain Al-Sr. Therefore, copper mold inject casting is an effective way to improve Al-Sr modification effect.
