摘要
目的:分析老年黄斑变性(AMD)应用光学相干断层扫描(OCT)在诊断中的图像特征。方法:回顾性分析42例(50只眼)确诊为AMD的患者OCT图像资料,探讨AMD的OCT图像特征及病变分型特点。结果:根据AMD患者50只眼的OCT图像特征,可分为干性AMD、湿性AMD。干性AMD的OCT图像显示视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞光带局限性增强,RPE和(或)脉络膜毛细血管层光带可见;湿性AMD的OCT图像显示神经上皮增厚隆起,中央凹形态消失,RPE和(或)脉络膜毛细血管层光带断裂边界清晰增厚、隆起的强反射光带。结论:AMD的OCT图像解剖形态学特征可为临床AMD的诊断和治疗提供重要依据。
Objective: To analyze the image characteristics of optical coherence tomography(OCT) in the diagnosis of senile macular degeneration. Methods: From 2013 to 2015, the image characteristics of 42 cases(50 eyes) confirmed senile macular degeneration(AMD) were retrospectively analyzed in ophthalmic clinic diagnosis, and AMD OCT image characteristics and pathological classification were discussed. Results: According to OCT image characteristics of 50 eyes, they can be divided into dry AMD, wet AMD, dry senile macular degeneration OCT images in RPE band limitation, RPE/choroid blood capillary layer visible light band,(as shown in figure 1). Wet senile macular degeneration OCT image showed that nerve epithelial thickened and uplifted, central concave shape disappeared, RPE/choroid blood capillary rupture boundary layer light clear thickened and strong reflection band uplifted,(as shown in figure 2). Conclusion: OCT examination for clinical diagnosis and treatment of senile macular degeneration provides an important basis of morphological characteristics of senile macular degeneration OCT image, improves the clinical understanding of disease development and differential diagnosis of senile macular degeneration, and the change of disease development track has played an important role.
