介绍了某公司的汽车覆盖件冲压车间,在新员工培养、工程师业务整合背景下,模具管理从粗放式转变为分线精细化方式,提高模具维护保养效果,降低模具停线时间,进而提高生产效率。对模具分线管理重点分析的同时还探讨了模具人员培训的开展。
The automobile cover panel stamping plant of a company was introduced. Under the background of new employee training and engineer business integration, the die management was transferred from extensive into branch mode, which improved maintenance effect, reduced cutoff time, and improved production efficiency. It also discussed the staff trainings.
