摘要
没食子酸作为我国传统中药材五倍子、石榴、掌叶大黄等的主要成分之一,是化学结构最简单的天然多酚类化合物。没食子酸具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、抗病毒等多种生物活性,为疾病治疗提供了广阔的应用前景。没食子酸对心血管系统疾病、神经系统疾病、糖尿病、肝纤维化和肿瘤等具有防治作用,与其抗炎、抗氧化生物活性息息相关。本文对近五年来国内外对没食子酸药理作用及其作用机制研究进行综述,以期为没食子酸的深入研究和发展应用提供参考。
Gallic acid,one of the main ingredients of traditional Chinese herbal medicines,such as Chinese gall,Punica granatum L.,Rheum palmatum L.,etc,possesses the most simple chemical structure of natural polyphenol compounds.Gallic acid exerts various biological activities including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antibacterial,antiviral effects,etc,and provides a broad application prospect for disease treatment.The preventive and therapeutic effects of gallic acid on cardiovascular system,nervous system,diabetes,hepatic fibrosis and cancer,are closely related with its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant biological activities.This paper reviewed about the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of gallic acid researched in the latest five years,so as to provide information for the further research and development of gallic acid.
