摘要
目的:研究运动康复治疗对合并肾功能不全的慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2013-06-2015-06在我院心内科接受治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象。分为肾功能正常组(A组)和肾功能不全组(B组),两组各分为常规治疗组(A1组和B1组)和常规药物治疗+运动康复治疗组(A2组和B2组)。对比各组患者心功能及生活质量的改善情况。结果:4组患者入院时生活质量及心功能无统计学差异(P>0.05),8周后A2组患者比A1组、B2组比B1组患者心功能明显改善,生活质量明显提高(P<0.05);且A2与B2组相比,心功能及生活质量改善更明显,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:无论患者是否合并肾功能不全,心脏康复锻炼均可以改善心力衰竭患者生活质量及心功能。相比合并肾功能不全的心力衰竭患者,心脏康复治疗改善无肾功能不全的慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量及心功能的作用更佳。
Objective:To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure with renal insufficiency.Method:The patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the study subjects.Divided into normal renal function group(group A)and renal insufficiency group(group B),two groups were divided into conventional treatment group(group A1 and group B1)and conventional drug therapy and exercise rehabilitation treatment group(group A2 and group B2).The improvement of cardiac function and quality of life were compared between the groups.Result:There were no statistical difference about the cardiac function and the quality of life between the four groups(P〉0.05)On admission.After 8 weeks treatment,compared with the group A1 and B1,the cardiac function and life quality was improved significantly(P〈0.05)in group A2 and B2;Compared with group B2,the cardiac function and quality of life of group A2 were improve more obvious,with significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:(1)Cardiac rehabilitation can improve the quality of life and cardiac function in patients with heart failure with or without renal insufficiency.(2)Compared with patients with chronic heart failure and renal insufficiency,there was a better effect cardiac rehabilitation treatment to improve the quality of life and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure without of renal insufficiency.
