摘要
为解决方盒形件拉深成形中易出现拉裂与起皱等缺陷,在凸缘部分施加压边力,压边力的大小直接影响工件的成形质量。利用有限元数值模拟方法,在不同的恒定压边力模式下模拟方盒形件拉深过程中的板料流动情况。模拟结果表明,适当的压边力能够有效地抑制坯料拉裂及延缓起皱,并能提高材料的成形性能。
In order to solve the defect of wrinkle and fracture in the deep drawing progresses, the blank- holder force is imposed on the flange. The value of the pressure impairs the quality of the metal workpiece. Applying finite element simulation method, under different constant blank-holder force, the metal material flow situations of square box part deep drawing were simulated. It was showed from the simulation results that proper blank-holder force effective control wrinkle and delay fracturing of sheet. The performance of sheet deep drawing was improved.
