分子结构对石油磺酸钠浮选蓝晶石的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 以南阳蓝晶石矿为研究对象,以两种不同分子结构的石油磺酸钠为捕收剂进行浮选试验,通过浮选动力学研究和脉石夹带分析,研究了不同分子结构石油磺酸钠对蓝晶石浮选行为的影响,结果表明:环链石油磺酸钠浮选的蓝晶石累积品位终值84.42%和累积回收率终值96.57%均比直链石油磺酸钠高;蓝晶石的浮选动力学行为符合一级动力学模型,环链石油磺酸钠浮选蓝晶石的改进浮选速率常数大于直链石油磺酸钠;直链石油磺酸钠的浮选水回收率大于环链石油磺酸钠,脉石回收率小于环链石油磺酸钠;直链石油磺酸钠的浮选夹带率小于环链石油磺酸钠,两种药剂的浮选夹带率均随浮选时间的增长而降低。 Taking kyanite ore from Nanyang's a research ob ject, flotation tests were conducted with sodium petroleum sul- fonate (SPS)of two different molecular structures as collectors and the effect of sodium petroleum sulfonate with different molec ular structures on kyanite flotation behavior was studied by flora tion kinetics analysis and gangue entrainment calculation. The re sults showed that the final cumulative kyanite grade and recovery obtained with SPS-2(ring chain) were 84.42- and 96.57- re- spectively, which were higher than those of SPS-1 (linear chain). The kyanite flotation kinetics followed the first order kinetics well while the modified flotation rate constant of SPS-2 was higher than SPS-1. In addition, SPS-1 obtained higher water recovery and lower gangue recovery compared with SPS-2, resulting in a lower entrainment degree, and both of the entrainment degree of SPS-1 and SPS-2 decreased with the extension of flotation process.
