金黄色葡萄球菌在小鼠体内染色性的恢复

摘要 目的研究经多次体外传代培养革兰染色性转阴的金黄色葡萄球菌在小鼠体内染色性的恢复,探讨其染色性状改变的机制。方法对药物敏感性金黄色葡萄球菌(金敏)和耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(金耐)进行体外传代培养,将培养成革兰染色阴性的金敏和金耐注射至小鼠腹腔,数天后收集小鼠腹腔液,进行培养,通过革兰染色观察金黄色葡萄球菌的染色性质,并分析其染色性质变化的可能机制。结果金敏第35代、金耐第37代革兰染色性状部分变为阴性,细菌形态无明显变化;金敏第37代、金耐第40代的革兰染色性状完全变为阴性,细菌形态无明显变化。革兰染色阴性的金敏和金耐经小鼠体内培养染色性恢复为阳性。结论多次体外传代培养后革兰染色性质转阴的金黄色葡萄球菌经小鼠体内培养可以恢复为染色阳性。
