法舒地尔联合常规治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经及凝血功能、Hcy代谢的影响 被引量:20

摘要 目的:分析法舒地尔联合常规治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经及凝血功能、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)代谢的影响。方法:选取2013年1月~2016年1月在本院接受治疗的急性脑梗死患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组及对照组,各40例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受法舒地尔联合常规治疗。治疗14 d后,检测两组脑血流灌注参数、神经功能指标、血小板功能指标、Hcy含量。结果:治疗14 d后,观察组大脑中动脉、基底动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度(Vs)、舒张期低值血流流速(Vd)、平均血流速度(Vm)水平高于对照组;血清神经功能指标脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)含量高于对照组,磷脂酸(PA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100β蛋白(S100β)、黑质二价金属离子转运蛋白(DMT1)含量低于对照组;血清血小板功能指标血小板活化依赖性颗粒表面膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)、纤维蛋白原受体-1(PAC-1)、血小板活化因子(PAF)、血小板衍生生长因子BB(PDGFBB)含量低于对照组;血清Hcy含量低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:法舒地尔联合常规治疗可优化急性脑梗死患者的神经功能及凝血功能,在降低Hcy含量方面也有积极作用。 Objective: To analyze the effect of fasudil combined with conventional therapy on nerve and blood coagulation function as well as Hcy metabolism in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital between January 2013 and January 2013 were selected as the research subjects and divided into observation group and control group( n = 40) according to the random number table. Control group received conventional therapy and observation group received fasudil combined with conventional therapy. After 14 d of treatment,the levels of cerebral blood perfusion parameters,nerve function indexes,platelet function indexes and homocysteine( Hcy) of two groups of patients were determined. Results:After 14 d of treatment,middle cerebral artery and basilar artery Vs,Vd and Vm levels of observation group were higher than those of control group; serum nerve function indexes BDNF and NGF content were higher than those of control group while PA,NSE,S100β and DMT1 content were lower than those of control group; serum platelet function indexes GMP-140,PAC-1,PAF and PDGF-BB content were lower than those of control group; serum Hcy content was lower than that of control group. Conclusions: Fasudil combined with conventional therapy can optimize the nerve function and blood coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and also plays a positive role in reducing Hcy levels.
