摘要
利用Malmquist-Luenberger指数测算全要素水资源利用效率,并研究技术进步所引起的水资源回弹效应。结果表明:(1)中国各省水资源利用效率存在较大的差异,但从总体上来说水资源利用效率呈增长的趋势;(2)中国水资源利用存在回弹效应,并且存在省份上的差异。最后,提出针对性政策建议。
This paper measures water use efficiency with Malmquist-Luenberger index,and then analyzes the water resource rebound effect which is caused by technological progress. Results show that,there is a big difference of water use efficiency among Chinese provinces,but overall,water use efficiency is a growing trend. There is water resources rebound effect,and there are differences on the provinces. At last,it raises up the corresponding suggestions.
