摘要
基于中国3D打印制造模式创新的现实需求,应用新兴产业创新管理的基本思想,通过对大量现实案例的总结,识别了3D打印分布式智能制造模式的关键要素,揭示了3D打印分布式智能制造模式的管理特征,基于传统集中智能制造参照模式提出了全价值链整体解决方案下的3D打印分布式智能制造创新模式、跨界平台服务模式下的3D打印分布式智能制造创新模式。最后,给出了推进我国3D打印分布式智能制造模式发展的政策建议。
Based on the realistic demand of manufacturing model innovation in 3D printing industry of China,this paper discriminates key elements of distributed intelligence manufacturing model of 3D printing by applying the basic ideas of the emerging industry innovation management,through the summary of a large number of actual cases. And then,it reveals management features of distributed intelligence manufacturing model of 3D printing. Based on the reference model of traditional centralized intelligent manufacturing,it puts forward the innovation model of 3D printing distributed intelligent manufacturing under the whole value chain solution,and the innovation model of 3D printing distributed intelligent manufacturing under the platform services model of crossover. Finally,it gives some policy recommendations for promoting the development of distributed intelligence manufacturing model of 3D printing in China.
