摘要
目的了解不同类型冠心病患者的Vaspin、ATGL及基因表达量变化情况。方法选取2014年1月—2015年12月浙江衢化医院心内科收治的冠心病患者157例,不同类型冠心病患者被分为SAP组62例、UAP组54例、AMI组41例,另选取55例健康者作为对照组。检测血脂、血清Vaspin、ATGL及基因表达量;采用Gensini积分评价冠状动脉病变。结果 SAP、UAP、AMI组的TG、LDL-C、LP(a)水平高于对照组,HDL-C、Vaspin、ATGL水平、Vaspin、ATGL基因表达量低于对照组(均P<0.05);AMI组的TG、LDL-C、LP(a)水平、Gensini积分高于SAP、UAP组,HDL-C、Vaspin、ATGL水平、Vaspin、ATGL基因表达量低于SAP、UAP组(均P<0.05);UAP组的TG、LDL-C、LP(a)水平、Gensini积分高于SAP组,HDL-C、Vaspin、ATGL水平、Vaspin、ATGL基因表达量低于SAP组(均P<0.05)。血清Vaspin与HDL-C、ATGL均呈正相关(均P<0.05),与TG、LDL-C、LP(a)、Gensini积分均呈负相关(均P<0.05);血清ATGL与HDL-C均呈正相关(均P<0.05),与TG、LDL-C、LP(a)、Gensini积分均呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论 Vaspin、ATGL与冠心病相关;检测血清Vaspin、ATGL及基因表达量为冠心病的诊疗提供新思路。
Objective To learn the levels of Vaspin and ATGL and their gene expressions in patients with different types of coronary artery disease and their gene expression. Methods One hundred and fifty-seven patients with different types of coronary heart disease were divided into 62 cases of SAP group ,54 cases of UAP group and 41 eases of AMI group,and 55 cases of healthy persons were selected as control group. Blood lipid levels, serum Vaspin, ATGL and gene expression levels were detected, and Gensini score was used to evaluate the degree of coronary artery disease. Results TG, LDL-C, LP (a) levels of SAP, UAP, AMI groups were higher than control group, HDL-C, Vaspin, ATGL, Vaspin, ATGL gene rela- tive expressions were lower than control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; TG, LDL-C, LP (a) level, Gensini score of AMI group were higher than SAP and UAP groups, HDL-C, Vaspin, ATGL, Vaspin, ATGL gene relative expressions were lower than SAP and UAP groups (P 〈 0.05 ) ;TG, LDL-C, LP(a) level, Gensini score of UAP group were higher than SAP group, HDL-C, Vaspin, ATGL, Vaspin, ATGL gene relative expressions were lower than SAP group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Vaspin level of patients with coronary heart disease was positively correlated with ATGL and HDL-C ( P 〈 0.05 ), and was negatively correlated with TG, LDL-C, LP(a) and Gensini score ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; ATGL level was positively correlated with HDL-C ( P 〈 0.05 ), and was negatively correlated with TG, LDL-C, LP(a) and Gensini score (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion ATGL, Vaspin and coronary artery disease are related ; detection of Vaspin, ATGL levels and gene expressions can provide a new way for the diag- nosis and treatment of coronary artery disease.
