摘要
以某型发动机为基础,设计基于组合式单体泵技术的防爆电喷柴油机,并进行性能实验。通过对各工况下喷油定时和喷油脉宽的优化匹配,在一定程度上可提高发动机性能和降低排放。研究表明,基于组合式单体泵的电喷柴油机性能良好、排放清洁,有效改善井下柴油机车排放污染问题,且燃油要求品质较低,发动机升级改造变动较小,经济性好,适合在煤矿井下应用及推广。
An explosion-proof diesel engine using combined electric unit pump was developed based on an engine, with performance experiments. It could improve the performances and reduce exhaust emissions of diesel engine with optimum matching for fuel injection timing and pulse width of various operation conditions. The study had shown that the electronic control diesel engine using combined unit pump had excellent performance and cleaning exhaust which could effectively reduce exhaust emissions of diesel locomotives in coal mine. It had lower demand for fuel quality, fewer changes to retrofit the engine and better economy which was suitable for the application and popularization in the coal mine.
