摘要
为满足社会对高层次临床医学人才持续增加的需求,专业学位硕士正成为我国研究生教育的主要形式,这将推动现有研究生培养方案和制度的变革。在此背景下,如何保证肿瘤学专业学位硕士研究生的培养质量是一个重要课题。本文就肿瘤学专业学位研究生培养方案、课程设置、课程教学、实践教学和科研能力培养等教学环节分析后认为,形成针对性强的课程设置方案、灵活多样的课程教学方法、注重实效的实践教学过程、科研创新能力的培养机制等,可以提高研究生的培养质量和综合能力,为建立标准化的肿瘤学专业学位研究生的教学与培养模式提供参考。
To meet continuously growing need for high-level clinical medical talents in society, profes- sional master's degree is becoming one of basic postgraduate education forms, which will promote the reform of existing project of cultivating postgraduate students. In the background, it is an important topic about how the teaching and training qualities of professional master's degree in oncology are im- proved. In this paper, the postgraduate training program, curriculum, course teaching, practice teaching and scientific research training for professional master' s degree postgraduates in oncology were analyzed, and we consider that well-targeted curriculum design, flexible teaching methods, pragmatic practice teaching program, scientific research training for improving innovation ability can enhance the training quality and comprehensive ability of graduate students. Our observations and suggestions may help establish a standardized teaching and training program for cultivating profession- al master's degree postgraduates in oncology.
