摘要
随着家居负荷控制技术和智能电网技术的不断成熟,户用型微电网优化调度已成为实现用户个性化、差异化用电服务的重要手段。首先根据户用型微电网内不同家居负荷的运行特性,建立了固定负荷、时移负荷和可调负荷模型。然后在分时电价(TOU)条件下,针对包含光伏资源、储能资源、负荷资源的户用型微电网,综合考虑用户的用电舒适度和经济性,以用户满意度最大为目标函数建立了日前优化调度模型。采用遗传和禁忌混合算法求解所提出的日前优化调度模型。通过算例验证模型和所提方法的有效性,仿真结果表明:所提模型能根据不同的用电需求为用户提供相应的优化调度方案;合理的峰谷电价比是引导用户积极参与需求侧响应的重要因素,峰谷电价比设置过高或过低均不利于需求侧响应的实施。
It will be an important means to achieve personalized and differentiated electricity services for users through household microgrid energy optimal dispatch with the technology development of household load control and smart grid. Firstly, considering the characteristics of different loads of the household microgrid, we established models for fixed load model, shiftable load, and adjustable load. Then, in the condition of time-of-use(TOU) price and taking account of the us- er's comfort and economy of electricity, we proposed a day-ahead energy optimal dispatch model taking the maximum of the user satisfaction as the objective function for the household microgrid, which includes photovoltaic arrays, energy storage equipment, and load devices. Furthermore, a genetic-tabu search hybrid algorithm was adopted to solve the pro- posed model. Example analysis shows that the proposed method can provide different optimal dispatch schemes depending on user's corresponding electricity demands. Moreover, the reasonable TOU ratio is an important factor to guide users to participate in demand response actively, and it will not be conducive to implement and promote the de- mand-side response when TOU ratio is set too high or too low.
