摘要 针对硬岩隧道掘进机的刀盘进行有限元仿真研究,建立了刀盘的有限元分析模型,对刀盘受力情况进行分析,进而对其进行静力学分析与模态分析,同时,对刀盘结构的优化提出改进方案。仿真结果表明:刀盘各组成部件的连接处所受应力最大,刀盘面板的边缘部位变形最大,不同振动频率下刀盘的变形位置和大小均不相同等。这对改善刀盘掘进性能和提高刀盘使用寿命提供重要的参考依据。 The cutter head finite element analysis of hard rock tunnel boring machine was researched firstly for the ~ Then, the according finite element model was established based on the force condition of the cutter head. Moreover, the static and modal analysis were conducted together with the optimized improvement scheme of the cutter head structure was proposed. The result of simulation shows that the maximum stress and deformation are present to the component joint and edge of cutter head respectively, the location and amount of cutter head deformation are different under the different vibration fieqnency, which can provide important reference basis for improving penetration performance and the service life of the cutter head.
