摘要
目的:观察健脾美肤散联合净面方治疗脾虚湿蕴型小儿湿疹的临床疗效和对皮肤美、皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组,各40例,治疗30天,随访6个月。治疗组以健脾美肤散内服,对照组以氯雷他定口服,均采用净面方外洗。结果:治疗30天,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为95.0%与83.78%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组皮肤色素沉着、光滑度比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组经皮丢失水分、角质层含水量比较具有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。随访6个月后,治疗组与对照组复发率分别为27.77%与77.77%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组皮肤色素沉着、光滑度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾美肤散联合净面方治疗小儿湿疹具有较好的临床疗效和修复皮肤美、改善皮肤屏障功能的作用。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of eczema with the type of spleen-deficient and dampness-excessive in children with Jianpi Meifu Powder and Jingmian Recipe and the effects of skin beauty and barrier function. Methods： The80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,each group had 40 cases. Two groups were given Jingmian Recipe,the treatment group was given Jianpi Meifu Powder and the control group was given Loratadine Granules. Results： The total effective rate was 95. 0% of the treatment group,the controlled group was 83. 78% and had statistically significant difference for 30days（ P〈0. 05）; there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the controlled group in skin pigmentation,smoothness,moisture loss and moisture content of stratum corneum（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）; follow-up recurrence rate was27. 77% of the treatment group,the controlled group was 77. 77% and had statistically significant difference within six months（ P〈0. 05）. The skin pigmentation and smoothness of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Combining Jianpi Meifu Powder with Jingmian Recipe have better clinical efficacy and effects in repairing skin beauty and improving skin barrier function.
