摘要
全球能源互联网是能源领域的重大创新,信息通信作为技术支撑,将为能源互联网的建设和运行提供更安全、更可靠、更智能的保障。信息通信范围大幅扩张,对网络及系统的安全性、实时性和可靠性提出了更高的要求。为解决传统故障处理实时性和准确性较差、故障处理效率低的问题,文章提出了障碍智能分析与网络优化的方案,对光缆业务信息进行标准化管理,从承载业务、光缆类型、电压等级、纤芯利用率等方面进行统计分析,并利用信息化手段实时可视地展现故障统计信息。应用该系统后故障处理效率大幅提升,实现了资源的有效分配,最大限度地保障了通信网络的安全稳定运行。
Global energy interconnection is a major innovation in the energy field, information and communication technology as a support, will provide a more secure, more reliable and intelligent protection for the construction and operation of the energy internet. The expansion of the scope of information communication has made a higher requirement for the security, real-time and reliability of the network and system. In order to solve the problems of poor real-time and accuracy of the traditional fault processing, and low efficiency of fault handling, this paper presents a scheme of intelligent barrier analysis and network optimization to realize the standardization management of cable business information. Then the statistical analysis is carried out from the bearer services, cable type, voltage level, core utilization and other aspects, finally the fault statistics real time visualization is realized by the information technology. The application of this system has greatly improved the fault processing efficiency, achieved the effective distribution of resources, and mostly guaranteed the safe and stable operation of the communication network.
