摘要
以15种不同原油为目标样品,采用斑点法对22组原油混合后的相容性进行测试,并从原油组成的角度考察了影响原油混合相容性的因素。结果表明:当沥青质质量分数低于3%的2种原油混合时,混合体系不易发生絮凝现象;当沥青质质量分数为10%的原油与沥青质质量分数低于3%的轻质原油掺混发生絮凝时,重质原油掺混比例越低,不相容程度越明显;随着重质原油混合比例增加,不相容状态逐渐转变为相容状态;原油中的胶质含量对混合体系的相容具有促进作用,蜡含量对混合体系的相容具有抑制作用,可参考2种原油胶质含量和蜡含量的差值对其混合后的相容性进行初步判断。
With 15 different crude oils as sam- ples,the compatibility of 22 -group blended crude oils was tested by the spot test, compatibility factors of blended crude oils were investigated from the perspective of components of crude oils. The results showed that when the two crude oils (both mass fraction of asphaltene lower than 3% ) blended with each other, which did not flocculate easily ;when the crude ( mass fraction of asphaltene 10% ) mixed with the light crude (mass fraction of asphaltene lower than 3% ) and flocculated, the lower ratio of heavy crude oil blended, the more obvious incompat- ibility was. With the increasing blending ratio of heavy crude oil, incompatibility gradually turned into compatibility. Colloid content of crude oil promoted the compatibility in the blended system and wax content restrained the compatibility. Different values of colloid content and wax content could be referenced for preliminary judgment of blended compatibility.
